Important information for screen printers and embroiderers
Please ensure all garments are thoroughly inspected before any decoration, alteration, or washing. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been decorated, modified, or laundered.

OLA Sportswear accepts all returns on the basis of product defect or sizing issues before the products are decorated. For returns for other reasons, please follow the instructions below. Our return and exchange policy is in full compliance with the consumer protection regulations of the European Union.
Please note that we treat all Exchanges as Returns. Please place a new order online for items that you need, and we will refund you once the returns pass inspection.

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be:
For Wholesale Orders
● Purchased at Wholesale Price: Only items purchased at wholesale price are eligible for a return. Sale items and samples (including purchases using a discount code) cannot be returned or refunded.
● In Original Condition: Any garments decorated, altered, or washed will not be accepted. OLA Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
● Terms: All returns and claims must be made within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods. Return must be received within 14 days after the return is approved. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the shipping fee is not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping back the returns.
● Communication: Wholesale customers must communicate with the OLA Sportswear customer service team before proceeding with the return process.
For Retail Orders:
Right of Withdrawal (EU/Poland Retail Customers Only)
If you purchased online as a retail customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and Polish consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at [email protected] within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.
Exceptions
This right does not apply to:
● Customized or personalized products
● Sealed items for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
Refunds
We will refund you using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.
Product Return and Refund Process
Step 1: Make sure your ordered item meets the criteria for refunds and cancellations.
● Purchased at Regular Price: Only items purchased at regular price (after the 14-day cool-off period) are eligible for a return. Sale items (including purchases using a discount code) cannot be refunded.
● In Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Original receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
● Submit return form within 14 days of original purchase: We offer 14 days upon receiving your merchandise to request a return.
● Product must have a defect or sizing issue: All returns must be related to the condition of the product.
Step 2: Send Return Request to [email protected] (for example)
In the email, please include the complete order number and product name. If the items are returned due to defects, please also include pictures indicating the location of the flaws in the email. OLA Sportswear reserves the right to deny return packages that are sent without a refund inquiry to [email protected] (for example).
Step 3: Ship your package back to OLA Sportswear
Upon receiving the return request, we will send an email notification of approval or rejection of the request. Once the request has been approved, please ship the item(s) with the purchaser's name and phone number and the original receipt in the package to the following address:

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Online purchases made by International customers must declare returned items as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.
If you are shipping an item over 200 PLN, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.
Step 4: Inspection Of Returns By Customer Care Team
Once returns are received by OLA Sportswear, the customer care team will inspect the returned item(s). If items are not in the original condition, OLA Sportswear reserves the right to deny the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Step 5: Issue Refund
Once the return item(s) are approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
